The following list of roles was originally drawn up based on Christian radio broadcasting. It might be considered as a job description of what Christian broadcasters need to be doing - challenging some common stereotypes.
But its acceptance among other kinds of ministry has demonstrated its versatility and value across a wide spectrum - including the local church, church-planting and unreached people group movements.
The alphabetical list follows the roles played by Christian radio as identified in Radio Programming Roles booklet by Gray & James published by FEBC in 1996
