What I am Doing Now…

Retirement is proving to be a lot of fun. The pressure is off and I can pretty much choose what I do each day!

One of my favourite occupations is in scanning, editing and organising my many photographs. Facebook has provided a marvellous vehicle for sharing them with many friends, family and colleagues from the past. They have specially treasured by many of the Hmong people who fled Laos back in the late 1970s and have no pictorial records of the past.

I have also been staying in touch with FEBC through connections with Cambodia where I have visited often during the past few years to conduct training…

There was even time for some window-shopping and couldn’t resist this one with a Lamborghini… Can’t imagine what Cambodians they are trying to impress!

Then there are the local churches – all of which seem to need help. One of my more interesting challenges is to manage the web-site for St John’s Church in Chipping Sodbury…
